Refund & Return Policy – NutraVantix

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on first-time orders.

Customers must use the product as directed for a minimum of 30 days before requesting a refund. Refund requests may be submitted between day 30 and day 60 after delivery.

Approved refunds are issued less a $5 processing fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Limit one refund per customer, household, payment method, and shipping address.

To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include your order number, or the full name and email address used at checkout, in your message.


Cancellation Policy

If you need to change or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may be processing and cannot be modified. If canceled in time, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.


Damaged Items

We ensure that every order is packaged securely to prevent damage in transit. If your product arrives physically damaged or defective, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

Send a clear photo of the damaged product to info@nutravantix.com, and our team will assess whether it qualifies for a replacement. If approved, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Please note: Cosmetic damage to outer packaging (e.g., dented boxes) does not qualify for replacement if the product itself is intact. We do not refund or replace items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
