At NutraVantix, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and with full transparency. We proudly offer FREE shipping on orders of 2 or more bottles (orders $100+).

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. Delivery typically arrives within 2–5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage.

Note: During high-volume periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Accuracy & Order Changes

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect addresses can result in delays or cancellation.

• If we detect an address issue, we’ll contact you within 3 business days.

• If you notice a mistake, email us at info@nutravantix.com within 24 hours. We’ll do our best to help before your order ships.

Delayed or Lost Deliveries

Occasional delays can happen due to weather, carrier disruptions, or other external issues.

• If your package is marked as “delivered” but cannot be found, contact both us and your carrier.

• While NutraVantix is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will gladly assist and may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
