Refund & Return Policy — NutraVantix
NutraVantix offers a 60-day money-back guarantee on a customer's first order. We're a small business — the terms below protect both our customers and our team from abuse. Please read carefully before purchasing.
Eligibility
- This guarantee applies only to first-time NutraVantix customers. One refund per customer, household, billing name, payment method, and shipping address. Subsequent orders are non-refundable.
- The product must have been used as directed for a minimum of 30 consecutive days before a refund is eligible.
- Refund requests must be submitted between day 30 and day 60 after delivery. Requests submitted before day 30 or after day 60 are not eligible.
- Orders that used a promotional code or discount of more than 20% off are non-refundable.
- Orders flagged for chargeback, fraud, or payment dispute are not eligible.
Refund Limit
- Refunds are limited to one (1) bottle per customer, regardless of bundle size purchased.
- Maximum refund value: $49.99 (the price of a single one-month bottle).
- Customers may keep any remaining bottles from multi-bottle bundles. We do not require their return.
- Multi-bundle pricing reflects the customer's upfront commitment to the bundle. The discount cannot be retroactively renegotiated through partial refund.
Required to Process a Refund
- Customers must email info@nutravantix.com within the day 30 – day 60 window to request a refund.
- A clear photo of the empty first bottle must be provided as proof of use.
Processing
- Approved refunds are issued only after the photo of the empty bottle is verified by our team.
- A $5 processing fee is deducted from every refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of verification.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Repeat customer orders (second or later purchases from same household, name, payment method, or shipping address)
- Orders placed with discount codes greater than 20% off
- Bundles where the empty first bottle cannot be produced
- Products damaged or altered after delivery
- Products used in a manner inconsistent with label directions
- Requests received outside the day 30 – day 60 window
- Orders flagged for fraud, chargeback, or payment dispute
- Gift purchases (refund only available to the original purchaser)
How to Request a Refund
Email info@nutravantix.com with:
- Order number
- Full name and email used at checkout
- Photo of the empty first bottle
- Brief reason for the refund request
We respond to refund requests within 3 business days.
NutraVantix reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet all conditions above, or that we determine in our sole discretion to be abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the spirit of this policy. This policy is subject to change without notice.
