Shipping Information – NutraVantix

At NutraVantix, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and with full transparency. We proudly offer FREE shipping on orders of 3 or more bottles.


Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before dispatch. Orders are considered “dispatched” once they are transferred to the shipping carrier and begin transit. During high-volume periods or holidays, processing may extend up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on your location and begin after dispatch. Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by regional carrier delays or customs clearance (for international shipments).

  • Tracking updates may experience lags during busy periods, which are outside our control.


Shipping Accuracy & Order Changes

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may result in delays or order cancellation.

  • If an address issue is detected, our team will contact you within 3 business days to verify.

  • If no response is received, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

If you identify an error in your shipping details, please email info@nutravantix.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, though we cannot guarantee edits after the processing period has begun.


Delayed Deliveries

While we do everything possible to ensure fast, reliable delivery, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Severe weather

  • Product availability

  • Address verification or payment processing issues

We’ll communicate promptly if any delay affects your order and work to resolve it quickly. NutraVantix is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors, but we’re always here to assist.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if you suspect it has been lost or stolen:

  1. Contact info@nutravantix.com for assistance.

  2. Reach out to the carrier directly to initiate a claim.

While NutraVantix is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit, we will gladly help investigate and may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
